My name is Natasha and I am passionate about helping people struggling to manage the pain and loss of grief.
For many years I have been counselling both children and adults in a number of settings, helping them to navigate their way through grief and loss.
For many reasons it can sometimes be difficult to leave the house when times are tough and that is why I am offering my services online, at times that are mutually convenient, no Monday-Friday 9-5 restrictions.
Our meetings will normally take place in a secure Zoom room setting. You can access these with either a laptop, tablet or smart phone. For your comfort and privacy, I recommend a private space where you will not be overheard or disturbed.
Grief and Loss can materialise in many different ways, it can be the loss of a job, loss of health, an unexpected end to a relationship. it is also possible to grieve for someone who has not yet passed. Anticipated grief can be really challenging causing a conflict of emotions.

Counselling is an opportunity to confidentially explore and make sense of your situation, free from judgement or advice. Counselling sessions offer you the opportunity to be completely honest about your feelings with someone impartial, in a relationship that is unique to counselling.
You are the expert of your own life and the sessions are yours to use as you wish. We will walk together at the pace you choose to look at the parts of your life that are currently causing you pain and find ways to help you find joy in life once again.

Most people benefit from weekly sessions at the same time each week. A typical session lasts 50-60 minutes and is chargeable in advance at a reduced price of £35 a session, in return for a testimonial - Bulk sessions can be offered with further additional discount.
Therapy is an individual need and it’s not possible to say how many sessions will be needed. Many people feel a huge benefit after 6 sessions, but some need more.
Cancellation - A minimum of 24 hours notice is required. Less than 24 hours will result in a 50% fee. Unattended sessions will be charged at full fee.
